Planning Ahead
Prepaid ways to save

Planning a funeral and/or memorial service to honor our loved ones requires an incredible amount of detailed decision-making in a short period of time. Emotions understandably run high, while access to information about what that person would have wanted is often limited or non-existent.

Pre-planning eases the burden of family and friends after a death in many ways:

  • A clear expression of what kind of service you desire assures your loved ones that they are honoring your wishes appropriately.
  • Vital information and documentation necessary for processing paperwork is organized and filed ahead of time.
  • Family savings and life insurance proceeds are preserved by pre-allocating funds for funeral services to a separate insurance fund maintained by us. You may prepay in full or make monthly installments.
  • A prepaid plan insures that you guard against inflation by locking in today's rates on funeral services. It also protects against the possibility of financial burden by pre-determining the funeral budget.
  • Pre-planning can apply to any type of service--from a simple cremation, to a full burial and memorial service.

For more information regarding pre-planning your funeral service, please contact us. To get an idea of just how many details are involved in funeral planning, see the following Immediate Need section.
